The use of our SHS cleats really does save time and money for the builders on site. It only takes 12 seconds to install each tek screw with our pre-drilled 4mm dia pilot holes. The ease of fixing the cleats to the shs posts with the metal teks makes it a breeze when getting the height locations correct using laser. Only need to weld the timber beam cleats if the load is greater than 50-60kN. Most housing application would have less than a 40kN load. Painting the cleats the same colour as the shs post really stands out and look great !<\/p>\n
